Ese Peters: Afro Rock Loverboy


Esere Peters is a Nigerian alternative  rock singer, writer and composer from Delta state.  The young lad has been able to announce his presence in the Nigerian music industry with lovely tunes that wants to make you listen.

His exclusive song we all know him for is “Omote” where he larvished his smooth textured baritone voice to sing about love.



Ese has been on the entertainment scene for a while doing covers to hit songs as Wande Cole’s “Taboo” and Darey’s  “The way you are”  happens to be some of his creative inputs.

Ese has turned down a lot of Record Label offers. In 2007, he was offered a recording deal by the Kelvin Luchiano Gabriel owned Question Mark Record. But the absence of Ese in the music scene was deliberatly due to educational reasons.

In 2008, after he graduated from The University of Benin (Uniben), He decided to pursue his music career where he wrote and recorded sound tracks for movies such as “Touch my heart” starring Richard Mofe Damijo, Stella Damascus and Joke Silva. A movie premiered in Catford Theatre, England. He has also worked with the notable producer, Cobhams Asuquo, Onos Brisibi, Proverbs, and Eva Alordiah.

Ese Peters made his mark in 2010  with the release of his singles  such as his hit alternative soft rock tunes such as “Wetin I go do?”, “Walk away” and “This is Love”. His first bebut video was for the song “Wetin I Go Do?”.
